Melt In The Mouth Beef


Both Morwenna and Richard come from a long line of Cornish farming families with a new generation coming along in Cadan & Harvey who love to help Mummy and Daddy on the farm.

Our beef is reared at Toldavas Farm, just outside St Buryan. Our Cattle are grazed on the lush green grass of The Lamorna Valley from spring to Autumn then housed in the winter when they are fed on home grown forage and cereals.

Our beef tastes truly delicious because it has been reared in this way.

Our beef is hung in the traditional way by a local butcher, then cut to our exacting requirements to create that ‘Melt in the Mouth’ flavour.

Supermarkets tend to eliminate this vital process to reduce processing times and cost.

Our beef is comparable to Supermarket prices but is far superior in flavour and texture plus you know you are getting a little bit of Cornwall on your plate!
